Who we are

What this site does not do

This website sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no social media pixels, and no third-party trackers. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing collecting you in the background.

What we collect

Review requests

When you submit the form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, business name, email address, current website address, city, and your description of what has to work at launch. Nothing else is captured from the page.

Email you send us

If you email us directly, we hold that message and your reply address in our mailbox, in the ordinary way.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — as part of operating and securing the server. We do not use these logs to build profiles or to identify visitors.

Why we hold it

To read your request, look at your site, and reply to you. If we go on to work together, the same details support the quote, the scope, and the project itself. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Who else processes it

Three ordinary categories of service provider, each handling data only to deliver its function:

• A form-delivery service, which receives the form submission and passes it to our inbox.
• An email provider, which stores our correspondence with you.
• A hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps the access logs described above.

We will tell you which providers we currently use if you ask at zach@lizzianllc.com. We do not pass your information to anyone else without your instruction, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within roughly twelve months. Project correspondence and records are kept while the project is active and for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the Colorado Privacy Act and comparable state laws — you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. The last one is straightforward here: we do neither.

To exercise any of these, email zach@lizzianllc.com from the address you contacted us with, or write to the mailing address above. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We keep the information you send us in access-controlled accounts and hold only what we need. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation — a certifying body, a client, a service we mention — that site has its own privacy practices, and this notice does not cover them.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

Client projects

When we build a site for a client, we act on that client’s instructions in respect of any personal data their site handles, and the arrangement is set out in the project agreement rather than in this notice. This notice covers lizzianllc.com and enquiries made to us.
