Terms

Terms of use and engagement.

The terms that apply to this website, and a plain summary of how we work with clients.

Last updated 6 September 2026.

1. Who these terms are with

This website, lizzianllc.com, is operated by Lizzian LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States, with a mailing address at 1942 Broadway St. STE 314C, Boulder, CO 80302. “We” and “us” mean Lizzian LLC; “you” means the person or business using this site or engaging us.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

An informational site describing our services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contract. Descriptions of our process, standards, and typical work are provided in good faith and may change as our practice changes.

The projects described on the Work page are clearly labelled composite examples. They are illustrative and are not case studies of named clients.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not promise search engine rankings, inclusion or citation in AI-generated answers, traffic volumes, enquiry counts, conversion rates, or revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Those outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your competitors, and the private and changing decisions of search engines and AI providers.

What we undertake is to build the site described in the agreed written scope, to the standards published on this site.

4. Quotes, scope, and payment

We do not publish prices. Each project is quoted after we review your existing site or materials and assess the work involved — the number of pages, how ready the content is, the number of locations and languages, the integrations required, and how much structure is missing.

Following that review we issue a written scope stating the pages, deliverables, exclusions, what we need from you, the schedule, and the total. Work begins only after you accept that scope in writing.

A deposit is payable after you accept the scope. The remaining balance is payable before the site is launched. Changes requested after the scope is accepted are quoted separately in writing and are not carried out until approved. Ongoing updates after launch are optional and are quoted separately.

Invoices are payable in United States dollars by the date stated on the invoice.

5. What we need from you

You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts published on your site: your business name, addresses, hours, service areas, services, staff, credentials, certifications, policies, and prices. We will ask you to confirm these in writing before publication, and we will not invent, embellish, or estimate any of them.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the text, images, logos, and other material you supply to us, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights. Delays in supplying content, confirmations, or approvals move the schedule.

6. What we will not build

We will not publish content we believe to be false or misleading. That includes fabricated testimonials or reviews, invented addresses or credentials, structured data asserting claims the page does not make, and pages targeting locations a business does not serve. We may decline or discontinue work that would require it.

7. Ownership

You own your domain, and the registrar and hosting accounts are established in your name. You own the content you supply and, on final payment, the custom design and code we produce for your site, together with the right to use, modify, and transfer it.

We retain ownership of our general know-how, methods, internal tooling, and any third-party or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work in general terms as an example of our practice, without disclosing information you have asked us to keep confidential.

The content of this website, including its text and design, belongs to Lizzian LLC.

8. Third-party services

Sites we build often connect to services operated by others — booking, payments, scheduling, mapping, email delivery, hosting. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, are your responsibility to maintain, and may change or be discontinued by their providers. We are not liable for their availability or conduct.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising from this site or from our work. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Availability of this site

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

11. Which document governs

These terms govern your use of this website. Where we have signed a project agreement, proposal, or accepted written scope with you, that document governs the work and takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Contact
